Q. What comes in the Crep Protect Ultimate Essentials Pack

The Crep Protect Ultimate Essentials Pack contains seven products, the cure cleaning kit with cleaning solution, brush and microfiber cloth, cleaning wipes, eraser, laces and freshener pills. 

Q. How does the freshener pills work?

The capsule contains nShield properties which make odours work by attacking bacteria. Zeolite particles will absorb moisture, while the light fragrance is the closest thing to that new crep smell.

Q. Is there anything special about these laces?

Yes – Crep Protect technology infused within the fibres of the laces to ensure maximum pre-treated protection.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
