Q. What materials should I use this on?

We advise only using these on Suede & Nubuck uppers as this is designed for that purpose. This is also effective for midsole cleaning.

Q. What makes this work well on Suede?

Suede materials can be damaged by water, making traditional cleaning methods ineffective. Instead, The Eraser, with its unique crumb-like particles, effectively lifts dirt and stains from the suede without causing harm.

Q. How do I effectively use this?

The Sneaker Eraser is designed coarse to effectively lift off stains, so follow the instructions and in particular refrain from rubbing excessively, rather work slowly whilst checking your results.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
