We process orders Monday - Friday and work to get your purchases out of our warehouse within 1 business day!

Please note that during promotional periods order dispatch timeframes may be longer than specified above.

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.

We ship globally from either one of our 3 hubs, which are based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands and USA.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return/ refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
