Q. How many shoes can I clean with one Cure Kit?

One kit is all you need to clean up to 50 pairs of shoes.

Q. Can one brush really be safe to use on any and all materials?

Yes it can. We put the brush through years of research and development and came up with something that is safe to use on all shoe materials.

Q. Can this clean Suede or Nubuck materials?

Yes, take caution not to use excessive water and brush carefully. Note dyed suede can bleed, which means you should avoid getting them wet at all. We recommend always testing first in an inconspicuous area for this bleed.

Q. After using Crep Protect Cleaner, how long will it take my trainers to dry?

We recommend letting them dry for 24 hours.

Q. Is there a difference between the Wipes and the Cure Cleaning Kit?

The Wipes are intended for a quick touch up, but if you’re looking for a full, deeper clean, then The Cleaning Kit is what you need.

Pour Warm water in the tray and dip the brush bristle side down to wet the brush

You only need a few drops

The solution will create a foam as you scub your sneakers

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
