Q. How does the Crep Protect Crates 3.0 protect my sneakers?

The sleek design is built with a UV Light feature which protects your sneakers from sunlight discoloration and viruses - perfect for any sneakerheads. Plus, its 3D design doubles up as a dust-free storage solution. 

Q. What are the measurements?

L: 36 x B: 28 X H: 22.5 (cm).
These can fit typically up to a US13 pair of shoes.

Q. How do I power more than one crate?

It is simple! There are gold-plated pins located on top of each crate. Once the crates are stacked, these gold-plated pins generate the power supply to more than one crate. One plug-in power supply will power up to 10 crates.

Q. What type of plug-in does the Crate 3.0 have?

The Crep Protect Crate 3.0 has a Type C plug-in and is provided separately with each crate purchase. 

Q. How many crates come in one pack?

One crate comes in each pack.

Q. Are these crates durable?

Yes, they are extremely durable with a strength of 100kg, ensuring easy stacking of a whole collection.

Q. Are the Crates 3.0 compatible with the 2.0 Crates? 

Yes, the Crates 3.0 are compatible with the 2.0 crates. You can mix, match and stack your crates to your own taste and style. 

Q. Will I have to replace them down the line?

Our design is made to last. In particular, we have added magnetic closing to avoid the wear and tear of a typical door.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
