LORENZ.OG’s gradient spectacle travels to Boston-led sneaker powerhouse New Balance, to lend some extra magic to the 860v2.
Introduction:
From interning at Nike to refining his expertise in sneaker design, St. Albans-born LORENZ.OG has redefined the status quo for what it is to be a color designer in the modern landscape of sneaker culture.
Sampling his exquisite gradient talents onto some of the most revered silhouettes of our time including the Air Max ‘95s, Louis Vuitton x Air Force 1s, and not to mention his commissioning masterpieces for the likes of Drake, Lil Yachty and the late Virgil Abloh - it comes as no surprise that his latest remastering is already a pre-empted trailblazer.
Design Details:
He has now continued to raise the bar with his latest reimaging of the 860v2. And if anyone was going to tackle those technical mesh layers, LORENZ.OG would be the man for the Job. Dubbed the ‘Dusk’ rendition, this one delivers a starburst-esque vibe. And it's genuinely as sweet as it looks.
Landing in a striking gradient effect that transitions seamlessly from blue to orange. On one shoe, the gradient flows from a deep blue at the heel to a vibrant orange at the toe cap, creating a bold visual impact. The other shoe flips the gradient script, starting with blue at the toe and transitioning into fuchsia before culminating in a bright orange finish at the heel. This dynamic color scheme offers a captivating and balanced aesthetic across both shoes.
Release Info:
The LORENZ.OG New Balance 860v2 will hit our sneaker shelves on 18th January as a UK-exclusive release, and will most likely drop in limited quantities. keep your eyes peeled for further details on this one-of-a-kind release.
