We’re Heading to Sole DXB 2019
Team Crep Protect is heading to Dubai for the latest instalment of the Sole DXB series. Check it out below.
Since it’s inception in 2017, Sole DXB has gone from strength to strength. In just two short the streetwear event has seen dramatic growth, bringing visitors from all over the planet to the City of Gold.
Last year’s Sole DXB was a perfect melting pot of all things streetwear culture. Global brands like Dior, Farfetch, adidas and Reebok were all in attendance, dropping exclusive pieces and raffling off some of the most hyped sneakers of the year. If that wasn’t enough, Sole DXB also had major musicians like Nas, Kano and Yasiin Bei perform over the three days.
This year, you can expect things to be taken up another notch. Confirmed brands in attendance include Burberry, adidas and Levi’s, whilst musicians already on the roster include Burna Boy, Wiley and world-famous rap group Wu-Tang Clan. It’s safe to say that Sole DXB 2019 will be the biggest one yet.
Crep Protect will be heading to Sole DXB in collaboration with Presentedby and a very special guest; Ben Baller.
Ben Baller will be showcasing his pieces in collaboration with Presentedby; a world first. Sole DXB ticket holders will be able to see some of Ben Baller’s most exclusive jewellery If that’s not enough, attendees will have the chance to meet the man behind some of hip-hop’s most famous chains.
The world-renowned Korean American jeweller and entrepreneur from Los Angeles has made custom jewellery for the likes of Kanye West, Drake, The Kardashians, Justin Bieber and Michael Jackson. His work with KAWS and Takashi Murakami have attracted global recognition, and now his taste-making skills have landed him in the UAE for a second time collaborating with Presentedby.
After the success of the Ben Baller x Presentedby collaboration earlier this year, the two are working together again to drop another exclusive tracksuit.
Taking the same design principle as the black version, the luxurious collection will this time be dropping in all-white reverse. Limited to just 300 pieces, the Ben Baller x Presentedby white tracksuit collection will be a Sole DXB exclusive. Alongside the tracksuit, attendees will also have the chance to cop the popular black colourway; with Presentedby holding back some of the stock for the Sole DXB event.
Crep Protect and Ben Baller will also be dropping a limited-edition boxset. The collaboration features a specially designed Crep Protect spray in matte black with a gold-foiling printed logos, which is displayed in a charcoal black wooden case, a branded velvet lining, personalised ‘thank you’ card and three gold-plated pins. Only 200 pieces will be produced, making it one of the most exclusive Crep Protect pieces on the planet.
If you are heading to Sole DXB then make sure you come and check out the Crep Protect booth.
