Building on the heritage and history of New Era’s headwear, the Crep Protect New Era Protector Spray provides fast-drying protection for caps and hats made from wool, polyester, cotton & denim, providing up to six months’ worth of protection from the first application.

Can I use the Crep Protect x New Era spray on my shoes?

No, it has been specifically formulated to use on headwear, whilst the classic Spray is solely designed to use on Footwear.

How long does the Crep Protect x New Era protection last?

This barrier lasts up to 6 months

How does the Crep Protect spray work?

Hydrophobic sounds exactly like what it is. We give your shoes a liquid phobia. The hydrophobic barrier repels most liquids so they don’t get through. They just float on the protective layer waiting for you to wipe them off.

How long does the Crep Protect spray protect my shoes?

If you wear your kicks every day, you should only need to reapply every 3-4 weeks.

What is the best way to apply both products?

Spray from a distance of 20cm and apply evenly – don’t drench or saturate your shoes or hat and you’ll be good. Follow the instructions!

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, this email will include all tracking details relating to your online order.

We ship globally from either one of our 3 hubs, which are based in the United Kingdom, Netherlands and USA.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchase from CREP PROTECT.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, simply send us an email to info@crepprotect.com. Your return will be processed within 7 days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
